Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke in "Before Midnight"

KALAMAZOO—The Kalamazoo Film Society will present "Before Midnight" Friday through Sunday, Sept. 13-15, at Western Michigan University's Little Theatre.

Show times are 7 and 9:30 p.m. Friday; 4:30, 7 and 9:30 p.m. Saturday; and 2:30, 5 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Admission is $5.

The third act of a cinematic trilogy, "Before Midnight" is no less romantic and bittersweet than the first two movies as Jesse and Celine now approach middle age. We met them as young lovers, and now find them, almost two decades later, slightly worn by life, but facing it with the same frankness and humor that enchanted us years ago. Intelligent and artful, spending time with them is like connecting with friends we don't often see, but the bonds of the relationship remain strong.

Starring Julie Delpy and Ethan Hawke and directed by Richard Linklater, the film is rated R for sexual content and language with a run time of 108 minutes.
