The School of Music offers three types of bachelor's degrees:

  • A Bachelor of Music with majors in Composition, Music Education (choral/general or instrumental emphasis), Music Therapy, and Music Performance (instrumental, jazz studies, keyboard or voice)
  • A Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Music (admission to this major is currently suspended)
  • A Bachelor of Arts in Music

Acceptance to any music major is by audition and is contingent upon the student earning admission to the university.

  • The School of Music also offers a minor in music.
