  • Sunday, September 13, 2009: Cleveland Jazz All-Stars, featuring trombone great Jiggs Whigham. 7:00 pm, Dalton Center Recital Hall (charge).
  • Monday, September 21, 2009: Trombone Studio Class: Junior, Seniors and Graduate Students Perform. 1:00 pm, room 1430.
  • Monday, October 5, 2009: Faculty Solo Recital: Dan Mattson, trombone/Robert Whaley, tuba. 8:15 pm, Dalton Center Recital Hall.
  • Monday, October 12: Trombone Studio Class: Freshmen and Sophomores Perform. 1:00 pm, room 1116 (rehearsal room A).
  • Wednesday, October 21, 2009: Guest trombone recital for Student Convocation Series--Ron Barron, Boston Symphony Orchestra Principal Trombonist (retired), 1:00 pm, Dalton Center Recital Hall (closed to the public).
  • Wednesday, October 21, 2009: Trombone Studio Class with Ron Barron, 7:00-9:00 pm, Dalton Center Lecture Hall (open to all).
  • Monday, November 9, 2009: Trombone Studio Class, Student Performances of Orchestral Excerpts, 1:00 pm, room 1116 (rehearsal room A).
  • Saturday, November 14, 2009: Trombone Studio Class: Recital and master class with Chris Vanhof, 1:00-3:00 pm, room 1116 (open to all).
  • Sunday, November 22, 2009: Hana Beloglavec Junior Trombone Recital, 1:00 pm, Dalton Center Recital Hall (added 10/13/09).
  • Monday, November 30, 2009: WMU Trombone Choir Dress Rehearsal OR Trombone Studio Class (TBD), 1:00 pm, room 1120 (rehearsal room B).
