Undergraduate Audition Form

Complete the form below to register for an audition date. You must audition in November, February, or March to ensure entrance and scholarship consideration. Instrumental and vocal studios are limited in the number of students that may be accepted. Admission is highly competitive. Students may audition a maximum of two (2) times for any studio. Please submit this form EARLY (must be received two weeks prior to desired audition date); audition slots are filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Your exact time will appear on a schedule which you will receive at the registration desk between 9 and 9:30 a.m. on that date.
