For Undergraduate applicants. [Students seeking a Graduate Studies audition should contact the applicable faculty member.]
Thank you for your interest in Western Michigan University's music program. Your possible 2009-10 audition dates are the following:
- November 6 (for Spring '10 enrollment)
- February 5 (for Fall '10 enrollment
- February 19 (for Fall '10 enrollment)
- March 12 (for Fall '10 enrollment)
Before you can be admitted to any music major, you must complete our audition and testing program. Audition dates are indicated above. If you cannot come to Western on one of these dates, please notify us promptly and we will attempt to determine an alternate date.
You must audition in November, February, or March to ensure entrance and scholarship consideration. Instrumental and vocal studios are limited in the number of students that may be accepted. Admission is highly competitive. Students may audition a maximum of two (2) times for any studio.
