Accommodations:
A variety of options are provided for conference
attendees. With the exception of campus housing, all choices are within
a 5-15 minute drive of the campus. All housing arrangements are to be
made directly with the housing provider. For transportation within Indianapolis, it is recommended that conference attendees rely on their own car transportation, since hotels and restaurants are not within walking distance to the Butler campus. However, the city transit system (IndyGo) makes it possible to travel from the Butler campus to most of the conference hotels. (Exceptions: The closest bus stop to Lees Inn is about one mile away, and the nearest stop to the Wyndham Gardens Hotel is about a 10-minute walk.) For more information, call IndyGo at 317-635-3344.

a $55 discounted rate, which includes breakfast bar. Many resturants and
a shopping mall close by. 5-10 minute drive to Butler U. campus. Mention

A block of rooms is being held (mixture of singles and doubles) in Rescoe Hall at rates of $40 for single/$20 per person for double. Linens and towels are provided for an extra $3. Rooms have phone jacks but no phones, so bring your own! Designated check-in time is 6-8 pm, Thursday May 13, on the second floor of Rescoe. If another check-in time is necessary, contact Jeff Gillespie, Local Arrangements Chair. Reservations and payment are made via the conference pre-registration form. Deadline for reserving a campus room is April 20. Though there are no off-campus restaurants within walking distance, the campus "C Club" will be open, which includes a deli, Taco Bell, Noble Romans Pizza, and a burger place.

Place (located near downtown, on the campus of IUPUI - "Indiana
University/Purdue University at Indianapolis)
A small
block of single rooms is being held until April 13 at a rate of $99.
Several restaurants within the hotel, including a food court. They also
offer free shuttle service into the heart of downtown, but there is a
parking charge of $6 per night at the Hotel. Mention MTMW/Butler
University when making reservations.
