NB. The bylaws of the society were changed on May 15, 1993, to allow terms
of officers to be staggered: a new secretary will be elected by the end of 1993
(the 1992 nominating committee will serve in 1993). Afterwards, the
president, treasurer, representatives for areas I and III, and the student
representative for areas I and II will be elected in even-numbered years; the
secretary, representatives for areas II and IV and the student representative
for areas III and IV will be elected in odd-numbered years.
Terms begin on the first of September.
