1. Pre-read the Notes for Week 14.

2. Go to WMU E-Learning, click on the "Textbook Readings" icon, and read pages 115-120 of online textbook/Chapter 9: "The Impact of Modern Popular Music," as well as study Music Guides 76--there is also a miniature version of this guide on p. 16 of the "Music 1700 Resource Guide."

3. In the "Music 1700 Resource Guide," read the "Modern Popular Music" chart on p. 15.
