Shipping and Handling: Postage for orders shipped within the U.S. (USPS or UPS) is $6.00 for the first book, $1.00 for each additional volume shipped to the same address. Postage for orders shipped to Canada (USPS only) is $10.00 for the first book, $2.00 for each additional volume shipped to the same address. For orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada, an additional $10.00 will be added to your order to cover mailing. Other priority shipping options are available.
