If you have not registered for Alumni Band, and you still wish to participate, please contact David Montgomery at david.montgomery@wmich.edu or at (269) 387-4702 Dear Bronco Band Alumni: It is with great anticipation that I look forward to welcoming each of you back to WMU for this year's Homecoming game on Saturday, October 20 as WMU takes on Ball State. We've been having a great year thus far and are looking forward to you joining us! The purpose of this letter is to give you the schedule for the day. This information and more is outlined below. At the end of this letter is the schedule for the day. Please note that rehearsal begins at 8am with the BMB in Waldo Stadium. Parking is always at a premium so with this in mind please pay close attention to all instructions regarding parking for the day. For the rehearsal, please park in Lot 10 which is the parking lot directly behind the press box at Waldo Stadium. After rehearsal, you may park for free in the grassy area behind Lot 13 at University Arena. This area is directly beside Kanley Track and is the area the BMB parks for games. I'll have parking passes for you at rehearsal which will admit you to this lot. If you choose to park in any other lot you must pay the fee for that lot. After rehearsal ends at 10am all cars must be moved from Lot 10 immediately. I suggest you move to the parking area outlined above at that time. Once the game begins, the parking lot will be locked and you will not be allowed to move your car. Considering this if you have plans to leave the game early you should park in Lot 13 (or some other lot) and NOT in the grassy area outlined above. The show we'll be performing is entitled "Let's Go Clubbin'." We're performing dance music from two style periods, swing and disco. Alumni band members will be joining us for both songs during halftime this year, Mack the Knife and Pure Disco. We've been having fun with this music so far and I think you'll enjoy it also. You should download and print off this music and bring it with you. If youÕre planning to join us for pre-game, you'll need to print off that music too. Feel free to also print off our stand cheers and bring them along for the game. Finally, this year's alumni tailgate party is being coordinated by Jonathan Napper.
