Employers value the experience of an internship. The Haworth College of Business Career Center can assist a student with planning a strategy for finding and securing an internship. Students seeking academic credit for internship will work with a faculty member before the internship begins.
For the management major, internship credits count as business elective credit. Students find internships in a variety of ways, such as on BroncoJOBS, by attending career events or from referrals. The internship eligibility and learning component must first be approved by the Haworth College of Business Office of Advising/Admission and the Department of Management. All business internship courses are at the 3000 or 4000 level. Contact the faculty or major advisor for additional requirements.
