We are using HP mobile technology to redesign the sophomore level materials science course by using mobile computing to create a virtual laboratory. The enhanced experience should lead to greater student success and will significantly contribute to retention of students in the critical pre-engineering stage.
Due to our strong commitment to student success, we value assessment and have integrated a questionnaire into the lab. The anonymous questionnaire requests no personal information (gender, nationality, or any other). Answers will be compiled before being presented.
