Requests for tables and chairs are required 10 business day’s advance for proper scheduling. Your department fund and cost center is required for this. During the pickup phase all tables and chairs must be accounted for and a joint inspection conducted. If tables or chairs are missing the department then will be given three business days to locate. If the missing tables and or chairs cannot be located after the elapsed period, the department will be charged the cost of the missing items.
