Steps to ordering

On line procurement process:

  1. View office chair options available with reference to fabric and color options and make selection.
    • Standard fabric/color selections approved as indicated.
      (Please note: Special custom fabric/color selections not noted cannot be issued through on-line purchase; project request required for all custom orders. For project request go to link:
    • Sample chair viewing option at Campus Services Building, appointment required by contacting 387-8543.
    • Quantity purchases not to exceed five (5) units. Multiple orders not approved.
  2. Call or email contact person for selected chair from the respective company.
  3. Issue order through University procurement card.
  4. Warranty Process: Email the contact person where purchased.
  5. Double check your order prior to placing online—orders are not returnable so careful consideration is urged.
