Group Study Rooms

Current WMU students are eligible to request the use of these rooms for academic study. Students must present their valid WMU I.D. to check-out a group study room. Rooms are assigned for up to two hours. Reservations may be made 2 weeks in advance, in person, through an online reservation system, or by calling User Services (269) 387-5059. Otherwise, rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

  • Waldo Library: 6 group study rooms available, located near the middle of the Waldo Library building on Lower Level and Second Floor
  • Swain Education Library, Sangren: offers 5 state of the art group meeting spaces with projectors, displays, and related technology

  • Maybee Music and Dance Library, Dalton Center: 1 room available for study teams.
