Irish Literature Collection
The majority of the books in this collection were donated by Prof. Edward
Callan (WMU Distinguished Professor Emeritus, 1995). Included in the collection
are authors such as: W.B. Yeats, James Joyce, Seamus Heaney, Patrick Kavanagh,
Samuel Beckett, and Roland McHugh.
The collection includes not only works of drama, fiction, and poetry, but
collected letters, criticism, artists, and crafts such as the works of Jack Yeats
and the Cuala Press. However, it should be noted that a significant portion of
this collection focuses on the works of James Joyce and W.B. Yeats.
