In addition, it is considered to be the "Bible" for many publication guidelines. Kate Turabian's A Manual for Writers of Term Papers, Theses, and Dissertations (LB 2369 .T8 1996 Ref Desk Coll) is a brief version of the Chicago Manual of Style.
