FHWA State Highway Briefing SheetsProvided by the Federal Highway Administration (U.S. Department of Transportation), these brief statistical reports (organized by state) give a quick overview of the state and national highway system. Much of the information comes from the 2000 U.S. Census.
Information provided includes the number of licensed drivers, number of motor vehicles, state transportation revenues and expenditures, and road/highway mileage.
