Please note that if a technical report is not available in full-text online, Waldo Library will be happy to order it for you via Interlibrary Loan.

Cornell University Library Technical Reports and PapersSite includes computer and information science reports, all freely downloadable in Adobe PDF format.
E-Print Network (DOE/OSTI)An e-print network search engine run by the Office of Scientific and Technical Information. This site allows you to search for pre-prints and some journal articles in the fields of biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering, nuclear technology, mathematics and physics. Sites searched include numerous e-print servers (including arXiv), as well as institutional repositories.
NASA Technical Reports ServerAccording to the blurb on the site: “NTRS searches three major STI collections: NACA (1915-1958), NASA (1958-present), and NASA Image eXchange (NIX) (1900-present). NTRS provides access to citations (i.e., references) and online documents and imagery for the following kinds of information: conference papers, images, journal articles, photos, meeting papers, movies, patents, research reports, and technical videos.” If an item is not available in full-text, feel free to order it through Interlibrary Loan.
Networked Computer Science Technical Reference Library (NCSTRL)Collaborative project with NASA, Old Dominion U., U. Virginia, and Virginia Tech to archive computer science technical reports from CS departments and research laboratories.
STINET - Scientific and Technical Information Network (Defense Technical Information Center)Provides searchable access to citations and some full-text documents in federally funded defense, aerospace, and security technology research. Be prepared for some slow downloading times.
