This is a gold mine, if you can find an annotation dealing with your point of law. Each annotation collects, organizes, and evaluates all the case law relevant to a specific point of law or fact situation. Each A.L.R. annotation is preceded by the opinion in a recent appellate case. The case is used to illustrate the later annotation. Use the pocket parts.

Supreme Court Decisions (1937-1975) This Federal database contains the full text of Supreme Court decisions issued between 1937 and 1975. It is meant as a finding aid to the official version in the United States Reports. The most recent opinions can be found on the Supreme Court - Opinions site. Online access to all the decisions is available from LexisNexis.
