ArticleFirst restricted Indexes from the table of contents pages over 16,000 journals in science, technology, medicine, social science, business, humanities, and popular culture. No abstracts. Coverage from 1990 to the present. Updated daily.

WorldCat restricted Comprehensive catalog of books and other materials in libraries around the world. Contains millions of records in hundreds of languages. Nonbook materials include (among other publication formats) the titles of journals and magazines, manuscripts, maps, electronic resources, websites, computer programs, music scores, films, slides, sound recordings, conference proceedings, and videotapes. Items located through WorldCat must be requested through Interlibrary Loan unless they are also listed in the WMU Libraries catalog.

ECO (Electronic Collections Online) restricted Full-text journals in a variety of subjects presented predominantly in PDF format, including images. Searchable as a whole collection or just those titles owned by WMU Libraries. Coverage from 1995, updated daily.

Web of Science restricted Contains three major databases: (1) Science Citation Index Expanded (1900-present), (2) Social Sciences Citation Index (1956-present), and (3) Arts & Humanities Citation Index (1975-present). Bibliography of Asian Studies restricted The online version of a resource listing over 500,000 citations to research on East, Southeast, and South Asia published worldwide from 1971 to the present.

Contemporary Women's Issues restricted Full-text access to information on women around the world from a variety of journals and other publications gathered from nonprofit groups as well as governmental agencies. Coverage is from 1990 to the present.

Dissertations and Theses (ProQuest) restricted Indexes virtually all doctoral dissertations and many masters theses produced in the U.S. since 1860 and many from foreign schools as well. Abstracts available from 1980. Full text for most dissertations available from 1997. Some authors choose to not make their dissertations available. Print and microfilm copies are offered for a fee, but check out Interlibrary Loan before paying for a copy.
