Hoover's Online
This business directory lists public, private, international and emerging company profiles with links to company Web sites, as well as other business related links. Only parts of this directory are available to us as nonsubscribers. The full text of Hoovers is found in the databasae LexisNexis Academic.
Mergent Online Contains data on U.S. and international privately owned companies and US publically owned and international companies. Publicly owned company reports include the history, business, properties, officers and directors, income, long-term debt, capital stock, latest news stories and more. Includes annual reports for U.S. and international public companies in PDF format. Financial data can be retrieved in text or spreadsheet format and searchable EDGAR SEC filings dating back to 1993. Updated daily.
Vault: The Insider Career NetworkThis site offers detailed profiles on over 3,000 companies and over 60 industries. In addition to its database of company snapshots, Vault.com offers access to employer profiles and industry guides in over 70 full-length company profiles, 55 law firms' profiles, and 12 industry guidebooks. Also allows you to post your resume and view job postings from employers.
