How do I find or locate videotapes?

Do you have a printed catalog?
No. However, to see a listing of the entire videotape collection, search the
Libraries' online catalog and set the search limits to Location: Videotape

How long can I check them out?
The circulation period for videotapes and films is seven days.
Can faculty, staff, and teaching assistants reserve videos and films in advance?
Choose one of the five options to make an advance reservation for videotapes,
DVDs and 16mm Films for current WMU faculty, staff, and graduate assistants.
- Stop by the Videotape Circulation Desk at #3305 Sangren Hall and complete
the paper reservation form.
- Call the Videotape Circulation Desk at (269) 387-5070 (please
limit telephone reservations to 3 items).
- Fax your request to (269) 387-5231

Reservation Form
Advance reservations are not necessary. To ensure having an item available
when needed, advance reservations are strongly recommended.
Can I have someone else pick it up?
Yes. Be sure to give the name of the designated person at time of reservation.
This person will need to have their own current Bronco card.
Can students reserve videos and films in advance?
No.
Where can items be returned?
At any circulation desk in Sangren Hall, Waldo Library, Education Library,
Music and Dance Library, or library drop boxes. The outside drop box for
Sangren Hall is in the loading dock area. The inside drop box is the “book
depository” slot on the main floor. |
