Bindery
- Binds print journals and selected books
- Uses national and international standards for preservation and storage
- Work done by a commercial bindery
- Staff identify candidates for repair
Gifts
- We accept gift books meeting established collection development guidelines
- Gifts outside the guidelines are consigned for sale
- Unable to provide estimated values of donated materials for tax purposes

Physical Processing and Preservation
- We process the Libraries' physical resources so they can be shelved, retrieved, and protected
- Add labels, barcodes, genre labels, and security devices
- Repair, reinforce, and bind materials as needed in conformance to preservation and archival best practices
- Perform rush processing and delivery as needed
