- Only one application is necessary to be considered for any position opening in a Library department. When an opening occurs, the supervisor reviews submitted applications and schedules interviews. It is important to keep your application information up-to-date and as accurate as possible.
- If you have been awarded Work Study funds as part of your financial aid package (see your financial award letter), please indicate that on the application. Learn more about WMU Work Study Financial Aid awards.
- Due to the high volume of applications received each semester, you will not be contacted unless you are selected for an interview.
- If hired, you will need your Social Security Card. To prevent any delay in processing your hire paperwork or starting your job, please have this card with you. If you do not have a card, please apply for a duplicate now. The nearest Social Security Administration office is located at 317 South Drake, (269) 381-2313. International students who do not have a Social Security Card need to check with the International Admissions & Services office in Ellsworth Hall and follow their instructions.
