Note: The May 14, 2013, 2 pm annual meeting/tour has been expanded to include the four buildings on the original quad of East Campus. North Hall, West Hall, Speech Pathology, and East Hall will be part of the tour. Please bring your friends and meet at 111 East Hall (Archives and Regional History Collections) Just off of Oakland drive at WMU parking lot 2.
Our mission
The Friends of the University Libraries was established in 1992 to:
- Strengthen and support the activities of the Western Michigan University Libraries.
- Offer an opportunity for interested individuals to come together with a common interest in the library and cultural activities of the Libraries.
- Encourage gifts and bequests, including donations of appropriate bound and unbound materials.
- Assist in special projects and aid in the development of special collections.
