Nancy Barnes Mansberger is an Associate Professor in Educational Leadership in the Educational Leadership, Research and Technology Department, College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University. She earned her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership as well as an M.M. and B.M. degree from Western Michigan University. Dr. Mansberger teaches courses in data based decision making and evaluation, assessment of learning, school law, school/community relations and cultural competence, personnel evaluation, and the supervision and evaluation of teaching. Her research has focused on both the process and outcome evaluation of school reform initiatives using a mixed-method approach.
