West Michigan Diving Academy Club Level Program

Bronze

Bronze team is designed for athletes wishing to develop a Junior Olympic competitive dive list on 1M springboard and basic dives on 3M springboard. Athletes are expected to train three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 4–6 p.m., and compete in all Michigan Diving Association competitions. To join, athletes must be able to perform forward, back, reverse, and inward dive.

Silver

Silver team is designed for athletes wishing to develop a Junior Olympic competitive dive list on 1M and 3M springboard. Athletes are expected to train four days per week, Monday through Thursday, from 4–6 p.m.

Gold

Gold team is designed for athletes wishing to develop a Junior Olympic competitive dive list on 1M and 3M springboard and compete on the State, Regional, and National level. Athletes are expected to train five days per, Monday through Friday, from 4–6 p.m.

DryDive

DryDive is designed as a conditioning and skill training program for springboard divers. Athletes will train all diving skills without entering the water providing more time on task. Conditioning focuses on core strength, leg strength, flexibility, and injury pre-habilitation. Training stations utilized include trampoline, dryboards, and overhead spotting rigs.
