With a SmartCard, WMU students will have student reduced-rate parking in all LCC student lots as well as the N. Capital Ave. Parking Ramp. On weekdays, after 5 p.m., many LCC employee parking lots are open to the public. These lots, as well as many city lots, are also open and free on the weekends. All city street parking is free after 6 p.m.
