Multi-Purpose Enabling Technology Lab (METL)

Description
Here students may use adaptive technology to complete course work and access the Web. Some of the METL lab's resources include OCR scanners, JAWS voice synthesis software and Braille printers. This lab is open to enrolled students, faculty and staff. A Bronco Card is required to use this facility.

Equipment
Windows PCs, closed circuit television, special keyboards, scanners, switches, trackballs, and a Braille embosser. METL also has programs for Braille, speech output, text enlargement, and voice recognition.
