Kenny Werner is a world-class pianist and composer. His prolific output
of compositions, recordings and publications contnue to impact
audiences around the world.

He has played most of the major festivals in the world and performed or recorded with: Toots Thielemans, Michel Legrand, Gunther Schuller, Marian McPartland, Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz , Elvin Jones, John Scofield, Bill Frisell, Nigel Kennedy, Lee Konitz, Pat Metheny, Michael Brecker, Randy Brecker, Joe Henderson, Archie Shepp, Sonny Fortune, Dave Liebman, Bob Brookmeyer, Tom Harrell, Kenny Wheeler, Eddie Henderson, Dave Douglas, Chris Potter, David Sanchez, Bobby Hutcherson, Ron Carter, Eddie Gomez, Dave Holland, Charlie Haden, Ray Drummond, Rufus Reid, Mel Lewis, Jack DeJohnette, Billy Hart, Ed Blackwell, Paul Motian, Peter Erskine, Steve Gadd, Joey Baron, Idris Mohamad, Andrew Cyrille, Reggie Workman, John Abercrombie, Joe Williams, Bobby McFerrin, and Lou Rawls.

Kenny has had an over forty-year musical relationship with Joe Lovano, appearing on each other’s projects and has written a number of large works featuring Joe. Twenty-year relationship playing with, writing for and recording with Toots Thielemans and twenty years as pianist, arranger, conductor and collaborator with Tony Award winner Betty Buckley.
