D. Terry Williams (from the Theatre Department). This session will present an awareness about and offer ideas for improving your stage presence. Whether preparing to speak in front of a large group, perform a recital, conduct an ensemble, Terry Williams will help you define areas for improvement. Possible topics and exercises for improvement will include: mental preparation prior to the event, eye contact, posture, facial expression, physical presence on stage, speaking with/to the audience, projecting your voice, getting into character for the music you are performing or the lecture you're going to give, bowing, walking off stage, etc
