Student Information
- Students can purchase SPSS Graduate package, SAS Learning Edition, and Minitab at e-academy.com. Some products can be rented instead of purchased. Lisrel is also available at e-academy.com
- SPSS Graduate package can also be purchased through TotalTech
- A student version of SPSS exists that is also bundled with text books. This can often be found in the Bookstore. This version has limits on the number of cases and variables you can use and does not contain all the statistical procedures found in the graduate version of the software.
- SAS for Windows
SAS can be purchased at TotalTech. It requires Windows XP Professional or Windows Vista Professional. Download the license file before installing. SAS will also run on Mac OS X under a Wiindows emulator (e.g. Parallels).
Faculty Information
SAS, SPSS, and Minitab can be obtained from TotalTech (fees vary). You may also contact your colllege technology staff for copies of the software.
Minitab can only be installed on a WMU owned machine.
SPSS Base and Advanced models can also be installed on your home computer as needed.
Only faculty and staff with an active Bronco NetID userid and password can update software licenses. If you have questions about updating your license please contact Julie Scott at 387-5457.
