We strongly encourage our customers to make an appointment if at all possible. That way you don't catch staff at a shift change and we can make sure somebody with the expertise you need will be there to help you.
If you are coming to use a particular piece of equipment, it is to your advantage to call and reserve it so you know it will be available when you arrive.

10 Free Hours of Work!
The ITCenter will do 10 hours of work free per semester for anyone teaching a course.
The work must be for a WMU course and can be tasks such as scanning slides or photos, converting quizzes from Word into E-learning format, converting documents into PDFs, simple illustrations, minimal graphics for a Web site, and other projects that would help take some of the pressure off of you in your busy schedule. Let us know how we can help you!
Illustrations and Diagrams
We can do illustrations and diagrams by hand and on the computer for use in teaching, publishing, and research. Pamela has extensive experience working with professional journals and publishers to make sure you get the quality you need.
Please make an appointment for a consultation to deterimine what can be done and if there will be a charge.
Consulting
Do you need help organizing your class for using E-learning? Do you want to know the most effective way to do something? The ITCenter staff are available to give you advice and let you know what options you have to accomplish your goal.
Color Laser Printing
Our Center has a color printer that can print as large as 11in. x 17 in. as well as print on both sides of the paper. We do ask customers to please limit their output to around 20 sheets.

TEN FREE HOURS!
Every semester we will do ten hours of work FREE for any person teaching a WMU course.
