Feature Package 2 - Voice Mail Request Form

WMU equipment does not permit a customer to have both Call Waiting and Voice Mail associated with their telephone as these are mutually exclusive items. To change to a different feature package or to cancel a feature package please call (269) 387-4357 (387-HELP), Option 4.

Charges of $5.00 per month will be applied to your student account for voice mail service.

By submitting this request, you acknowledge you will be billed monthly for the service(s) requested and that should payment not be kept current, any and all service(s) may be disconnected without notice. Balances must be paid in full to reinstate service(s) and there will be a $23 charge to do so. Failure to disconnect service will result in continued monthly charges to your University account.
