New Students
New students who have not received, or who have misplaced, their Bronco NetID letter with the temporary password may call the Help Desk at (269) 387-4357, option 1.
Main Campus Students
Main campus
students should swipe their Bronco/WMU
ID card at
one of the card swipe locations. They will receive a printout showing
the Bronco NetID and a new password. Card swipe
locations are:

Computer Lab, Room 2200 Schneider Hall

Computing Help Desk, second floor of the University Computing
