Employees are offered a basic voicemail box for office phone numbers at no charge through their departments. These voicemail boxes are private and can hold up to 15 messages. They have many features such as future delivery messaging, group lists, and message delivery confirmation.
Higher classes of voicemail boxes are available for an additional one-time charge. These higher level voicemail boxes hold more messages, allow two different greetings, and can include such options as outcalling, call transfer on reply, and facsimile integration.
