If you need assistance, your first point of contact should be the Help Desk. The Help Desk is located in the University Computing Center, down the hallway at the north end of the UCC Lab. The Help Desk is staffed six days a week and may be contacted by phone at (269) 387-4357, option 1, or email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In addition to the Help Desk, faculty members who require assistance with instructional technology, may contact the Faculty Technology Center which is located on the second floor of the University Computing Center. The center is open Monday through Friday and may be reached at (269) 387-6958.
