Jorge Rodriguez, PhD 



Jorge Rodriguez is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering at Western Michigan University (WMU). He holds a B.S. in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologoco y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering also from the Instituto Tecnologoco y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, Mexico, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, an M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from Rutgers State University of New Jersey and a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Dr. Rodriguez is a research scientist at WMU's Human Performance Institute. His research interests include: Computer-Aided Design/Engineering (CAD/E), Finite Element Analysis and Optimization, Mechanical Design (Biomechanics) and Dynamic Analysis (Ergonomics).
