Ilgin Poyraz Acar, M.S.

Ilgin Poyraz Acar is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering Western Michigan University (WMU). She holds a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering from University of Kocaeli, Turkey and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Osmangazi University, Turkey.

Ms. Acar is a junior research scientist at WMU’s Human Performance Institute. Ms. Acar’s research interest is in the areas of operations research, modeling, optimization, multi-criteria decision making, simulation. She is a co-author of a number of international referred publications and has made presentations at a number of prestigious Industrial Engineering conferences.
