PeopleSoft Human Resource (PSHR) Electronic Workflow system

This system automates the request and approval process for personnel appointments and transactions.

Phase I - Implemented July 28, 2008

Phase I includes the Incidental Pay form and the Temporary Appointment form.

  • Incidental Pay - Replaced the paper one-time-pay form. To be used for payments not related to hours worked.
  • Temporary Appointment - Replaced the paper temporary appointment form. To be used to process payments for hours worked.

Phase II - Coming Soon!

Phase II includes Student Appointment and Transaction forms and Graduate Assistant Appointment and Transaction forms.

A comprehensive PSHR Electronic Workflow User Guide PDF is available for your use. You may also contact the Human Resources Representative for your area for assistance.
