PPM Section 3 - W-4 forms 

All new University employees must complete a W-4 form (Withholding Exemption Certificate), in compliance with U.S. Department of Treasury. This form also provides Payroll with necessary tax and withholding information. For additional information about completing a W-4 form, see Payroll Deductions.
