Benefits Open Enrollment: October 26 through November 6, 2009

All enrollment and change forms must be submitted to Human Resources by 5 p.m. on Friday, November 6.

 

Effective date of open enrollment elections: January 1, 2010.

 

First paycheck affected by open enrollment elections: January 5, 2010.

 

Health insurance

During open enrollment, benefits eligible employees may add an eligible dependent to their health insurance. Employees who have previously declined coverage may elect coverage. No action is required if you are not making a change in your health insurance elections.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Employees wishing to participate in Dependent Care and Medical Reimbursement accounts for 2010 must enroll or re-enroll during open enrollment.
