Processing student hiring online

You can access, complete, and submit these student employment forms from your computer:

Student Employee Appointment-Hourly
Student Employee Appointment-One Time Payment
Student Employee Transaction
(changes to an existing appointment)

Obtaining access to the online forms and required authorization

  1. To access the online forms, users must have a Bronco NetID. For information about Bronco NetIDs, please visit the OIT Bronco NetID and Computer Accounts Web page.

  2. Complete the Student Employment Online Transaction Authorization form. You will find this form on the HR Forms Web page. Individuals who will process online forms to hire students ("hiring agents") for your department must complete this form. The Authorization form also requires the signature of the person who can authorize hiring agents to process the online hiring for the department. Completed Authorization forms should be submitted to Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). HRIS will notify you when you have been granted access to the online forms and provide you a Training Manual/Users Guide.

Accessing the online forms

You can begin using the online student employment forms as soon as you've been granted access. Select the "Student Employment Online Transactions" link on the left menu bar. Or, select the "Forms" link on the left menu bar and then "Student Employment Forms" from the forms list. Both routes take you the page you're now viewing. Select "Log-In Page" from the links at the top. You'll then be prompted on the log-in page to enter your Username and Password. Select the desired form and proceed.
