Spindler hall rental rates
Single, furnished rooms are $315 per month
Single, furnished rooms with a private bathroom are $340 per month*
Rent includes all utilities except phone and Internet, free cable and a great location.
* There are two female rooms with a private bathroom. There are no male rooms with a private bathroom.
Key replacement
Report lost keys immediately. Students will be charged replacement costs.
Room and mailbox keys are $42 each
Parking

Telecommunications
Phone and Internet connection services are provided by WMU Telecommunications and are charged to your student account. Please contact WMU Telecommunications at (269) 387-4663 for current charges on premium cable channels, data connections and other services.
