Building Security
Each floor requires a separate security key for entry. After 5 p.m. the main doors are locked, and you will need a valid Bronco ID to enter the building.

Mail
Mailboxes are on the first floor in the main lobby. The U.S. Postal Service provides mail delivery and pick-up. All intercampus mail will be routed through the WMU Apartments office. There may be a one-to-two day delay in receipt.

To ensure fast delivery, your mail should be addressed as:

Management of Spindler Hall
Spindler Hall is part of the Office of Residence Life in the Division of Student Affairs. A resident manager lives in the hall and is available to assist you with your needs. The manager can be reached at (269) 387-7106. Spindler Hall office hours are posted on the office door.

Parking
Parking for Spindler Hall residents is provided in lots 10 and 12. To park in either lot, you must have a valid WMU parking sticker issued by the WMU Department of Public Safety. Please contact Parking Services for the current charge for a parking sticker.

Pets
For safety and health reasons, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed. This policy is strictly enforced, and violators will be subject to eviction. The only exception to this policy is if you require an assistance animal.

Rent
Monthly rent is charged to each resident's student account and must be paid by the first of each month. You will not receive a bill for your rent. It is residents' responsibility to pay their rent by the date it is due. If rent is not paid on time, there is a $20 late fee.
