Sign Up Timeline

Once you decide your hall preferences and meal plan, you are ready to fill out the housing contract. You will need your BroncoNetID and password to login in and begin filling out the housing contract.

February 5, 2012

• New student sign up begins online at noon; contracts accepted on a rolling basis

Early June

• Link emailed to students’ WMU accounts to check hall assignments
• Also includes information about lofts, MicroFridge, carpet and other FAQs

Late July

• Link emailed to students’ WMU accounts to check roommate information
• Also includes information about move-in

Late August

• Students move in

Students Starting Spring Semester

Students entering WMU spring semester can download and complete a housing contract any time after September 1. The completed contract should be mailed, emailed or faxed to Residence Life.

Spring semester students will be notified of their housing and roommate assignment via email in mid-December. Students may move in any time after 10 a.m. January 5, 2013.

Cancellations

Students wishing to cancel a housing contract must do so in writing or at the Residence Life office. A cancellation fee may apply depending on when you cancel your contract and whether or not you are still attending WMU.
