Welcome to the Office of Community Living
(formerly known as Off-Campus Life)
The Office of Community Living will be phasing out our Registered Landlord Program, Database/Listing, and Conflict resolution services. Instead we will be focusing on collecting and referencing a variety of community resources relevant to off campus housing.
This website will continue to be updated over the next year to reflect these changes.

Consider Your Options Before Signing A Lease:
- Read the entire lease, rules, regulations and addendums before you sign it.
- There is enough housing for everybody, so don't rush into something as important as where you live and who you life with.
- Take time to weigh the pros and cons of living in an apartment, house, complex, or residence hall.
- Try to negotiate a shorter lease if you are not prepared to pay for a full year. Don’t expect to find a sub leaser for the summer terms.
- Many things can change, don’t rush!
Many times the best deals on rent are later not sooner.
