Consider Your Options Before Signing A Lease:

Read the entire lease, rules, regulations and addendums before you sign it.
There is enough housing for everybody, so don't rush into something as important as where you live and who you life with.
Take time to weigh the pros and cons of living in an apartment, house, complex, or residence hall.
Try to negotiate a shorter lease if you are not prepared to pay for a full year. Don’t expect to find a sub leaser for the summer terms.
Many things can change, don’t rush! Many times the best deals on rent are later not sooner.
