Meet the staff

The Office of Residence Life has a talented and diverse staff. Whether it is the hall directors and graduate assistants running the residence halls, the apartment resident managers, the central office staff keeping things running smoothly, or the leadership team, everyone strives to do their best for our students and WMU.

	Carol Farrance Assistant Director Function Area: Summer Conferences, Student Move Crew Supervisor
	Doug Carney Manager of Facilities and Contract Administrator Function Area: Facilities and Custodial Contract Administration
	Lisa Hotchkiss Office Supervisor Function Area: Central Office and Assignments

	Veronica Thomas Office Associate Handles billings and financial documents, and assists with facility projects for the residence halls.
	Pam Buist Office Associate Coordinates assignments, move ins and check outs for the WMU apartments. Processes billings and charges for the apartments.
	Karen Lamons Assignment Supervisor Processes residence hall assignments. Works closely with residence hall staff along with various campus departments such as billing and athletics.
	Traci Sams Office Clerk Processes work orders for WMU apartments and assists with apartment assignments.
	Shirley Everett Office Assistant Primary receptionist for office guests and calls. Works with student conduct holds and judicial procedures.
